Join us, as a SIM & Devices Specialist The SIM & Devices Specialist is responsible for supporting the overall hardware product range strategy for Devices, Tablets, Broadband, and the crucial management of Three Ireland's SIM product portfolio.
This role will support the development of the SIM and Devices product portfolios.
What else it involves Responsible for supporting Three's overall range strategy for Devices, Tablets, Broadband, and IoT across various segments, vendors for both consumer and business.
Support Device GTMs to launch products effectively into the market driving Three's market position.
Ensure full support of a broad range of internal stakeholders throughout the device product lifecycle.
Develop a thorough understanding of 3 Ireland's customer segmentation, strategies, and key price points, including a strong awareness of the competitive marketplace.
Managing forecasting and purchasing of all relevant SIM cards and packaging materials to include both Three and 48 brands.
Creation of data input files in a secure manner and processing relevant returned output files to relevant systems.
Align kitting schedules with logistics provider with ongoing demand for SIMs.
Working with third party OTA platform vendor to maintain SIM data on OTA database, including managing and monitoring of ESIM profiles.
Key point if liaison for Indirect channel for Candy bar SIM demand and bulk provisioning.
Cross train to support SIM Manager for more complex business project areas.
The key internal teams you will interface with are trading (Proposition acquisition, additional revenue & retention), commercial performance, planning, supply chain, and channel performance.
You will also be the primary interface to the warehouse team for labour prioritisation and SIM product delivery.
The Skills we're looking for A person who has real passion for technology, mobile devices, consumer products and future focused.
Excellent partnership skills for internal and external facing stakeholders.
Strong ability to translate hardware, service and technical features into customer benefits, system and service impacts.
An effective communicator who can present a clear strategic outlook for the business and who can collaborate with vendor product teams and global brands.
Strong understanding of market and global insights and ability to extract key information to support ranging and product choices to benefit the business.
Understanding of the companies' technical requirements and how these correlates to product roadmap and implementation.
IT literate - Strong excel/ PowerPoint skills.
Desire to develop and grow in role - full training will be provided, attitude and application is key.
Critical thinker with effective communication to all levels.
