Job Title: Office Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Millbrae Lodge Nursing Home in Newport, County Tipperary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming telephone calls and forward them to the relevant personnel or departments.
* Greet visitors and guests professionally and direct them to the appropriate destination or waiting rooms.
* Handle all reception-related queries.
* Promote the Nursing Home and maintain a positive professional profile within the local community.
* Attend mandatory training days and courses and record keeping of all training within the Nursing Home.
* Report any illnesses or accidents incurred by residents, colleagues, or self.
* Ensure implementation of Health and Safety policy and Emergency procedures.
* Promote safe working practices.
* Maintain confidentiality of information gained in duty.
* Safeguard the security of the Nursing Home at all times.
Requirements:
* Previous Reception/Admin experience is advantageous.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and E-mail).
* Professional telephone manner.
* Garda Vetting clearance.
Working Conditions:
* 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
* On-site parking.
