Position Overview:
As a Spanish Remote Agent within the Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) division, you will be responsible for facilitating language communication for the Limited English Proficient (LEP) community in a variety of settings, including customer service, medical, and other verticals via audio and video.

Responsibilities:
Provide effective audio and video remote interpretingAnswer inbound calls in a timely mannerPerform basic troubleshooting for technical issuesProvide superior customer serviceAdhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict standards of confidentialityAdhere to all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry specific best practicesComplete assigned training(s) and participate in ongoing Quality Assurance monitoringQualifications/Experience:
U.S.
residentFull fluency in both English and SpanishTechnology proficient (including but limited to: web based platforms, email, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)Preferred - professional interpreting experiencePreferred - industry specific certifications/trainings (CMI, CCHI, etc.
)Preferred - proof of 40+ hour medical interpreting training (ex: Bridging The Gap, Cross-Cultural, etc.
