The role involves:
* Providing an outstanding guest experience and exceeding guest expectations.
* Carrying out tasks in accordance with procedures as outlined in the Front Office Standards Manual.
* Ensuring tasks and checklists are actioned and completed during shift.
* Having comprehensive knowledge and promoting the surrounding area of Dublin.
* Maximising all available sales opportunities by upselling the hotel facilities and rates.
* Ensuring all aspects of security and cash handling are followed at all times in accordance with the Hotel Policy.
* Maintaining the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness at the Front Desk.
The ideal candidate must have:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Previous experience with Opera reservations system is preferred.
* Exceptional selling skills, including upselling and cross-selling.
* Attention to detail.
* Strong customer focus skills.
