Senior Account Manager - Enterprise-1 (m/f/d)
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to drive new business opportunities and cultivate meaningful client relationships. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
New Business Development:
* Identify and pursue new clients, industries, and markets to expand our footprint.
* Generate and nurture leads through marketing, inbound channels, and proactive outreach.
Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and prospects.
* Collaborate closely with customers to understand their challenges and deliver tailored cloud solutions.
* Manage 5-10 accounts, fostering positive relationships with all customer touch points.
Sales Execution:
* Develop and implement account-specific strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
* Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and overall satisfaction for cloud infrastructure and platform services.
Operational Excellence:
* Collaborate across teams working closely with technical, marketing, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
* Work with Analytics teams to identify root causes of success or challenges and drive improvements in processes or products.
Customer Education:
* Effectively communicate the benefits of our Generative AI and HPC services to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.
Reporting and Insights:
* Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular updates on sales pipeline and performance metrics.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
* Proven experience in a B2B sales or account management role, preferably in cloud computing, AI, or technology industries.
* Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and their applications in business.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills across all stakeholder levels.
* Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for managing client relationships and reporting.
* Passion for emerging technologies, particularly AI and HPC.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining superior customer service and operational excellence.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
