Bord na Mona is currently recruiting for the Head of HR Business Partnering. The Head of HR Business Partnering is a leadership role supporting senior and C-level leaders directly as a strategic partner, trusted advisor, and change agent. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of HR.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide proactive and creative HR Business Partnering and initiatives to ensure that BNM Renewables’ objectives are developed, supported, and achieved.
* Coach and mentor the HR Business Partner team to ensure people initiatives are implemented to enable the successful delivery of the BNM Renewables strategy.
* Champion the organisational values and culture. Coach and develop business leaders. Identify business needs and lead organisational change initiatives.
* Focus on the future of work. Shape and drive HR strategy with a business perspective.
* As a member of the HR Leadership team, proactively participate in the development and implementation of the HR strategic plan.
* Create and drive the people strategy, including performance management, talent identification, and workforce planning.
* All employees are expected to co-operate fully with all provisions taken by the company for ensuring Health and Safety.
* As a key member of the Senior Management team, proactively use the Performance Management process to support resource planning.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications, skills, knowledge, and attributes:
* Hons Degree in a Business or HR related discipline is essential.
* Proven ability in HR Business Partnering at team leader level, including hands-on experience of project and programme management.
* Demonstrates strong business and financial acumen and ability to translate into people strategy.
* Ability to build and foster relationships with business leaders.
* Strong influencing skills and ability to work across multiple levels of the organisation.
* Demonstrates ability to be a change leader with strong experience in leadership coaching.
