The Role
As HR Manager, you’ll lead strategic HR initiatives to drive organizational performance, support talent management, and foster employee engagement. This role combines hands-on and strategic HR management, making it a dynamic and rewarding opportunity.
Responsibilities
* Drive organizational performance through core HR initiatives.
* Oversee talent management, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
* Provide expert advice on employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
* Develop HR policies, engagement strategies, and manage change projects.
* Lead compensation, benefits, and performance management strategies.
About You
* Proven experience in HR management, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
* Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
* Strong understanding of Irish employment law; knowledge of other countries is a bonus.
* Experience with change management, employee relations, and engagement strategies.
* Hands-on and strategic approach with strong communication skills.
