About Our Team:

Here’s what you’ll do:
1. Undertake numerical analysis using computer-based programmes for potable, surface, and wastewater systems.
2. Conduct technical and feasibility studies for alternative solutions in potable water, foul water, surface water, and attenuation requirements.
3. Perform structural analysis and design, including determination of design situations and load cases.
4. Produce designs of water infrastructure such as pump systems and pipe networks.
5. Produce sketches and consolidate final working drawings created by Technicians.
6. Stay updated with developments in regulatory legislation and guidelines affecting design work.
7. Collaborate with team members on technical work, site work, and project management.
8. Participate in site visits to understand how designs are implemented.

Qualifications:
Here’s what we’re looking for:
1. BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering, with a 2:1 classification (or equivalent).
2. MEng in Civil, Structural, or a Water Engineering related MSc would be an advantage.
3. Water related modules would be an advantage.
4. Relevant work experience would be an advantage.
5. Enthusiastic, hard-working, technically proficient, with ambition and drive.
6. Basic computer skills essential (Word/Excel) and good report writing skills beneficial.
7. Willing to work towards professional qualifications such as ICE & CIWEM.
8. Demonstrable interest in water projects.
9. Ability to satisfy client and business expectations.
10. Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
11. Ability to structure and prioritize work effectively.
12. Ability to work independently while maintaining initiative and focus.
