With branches in Roosky (Co. Roscommon), Armagh, Cheshire, and Hampshire, we are now seeking an Operations Co-Ordinator to join our team in Roosky.
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated and exceptionally organised Office Co-ordinator to assist in the operation of our depot in Roosky. The role will be an integral part of the team supporting all areas of the business. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting the finance team at our head office
2. Planning and analysing the daily production schedules
3. Coordinating with the procurement team on raw material planning
4. Assisting with the planning of daily dispatches within our transport operations
5. Handling ad-hoc situations and performing other administrative tasks, such as answering calls, managing emails, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining records
Core Skills Required
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Full working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
* Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
* A proactive ‘can-do’ attitude with a willingness to learn
Job Types: Permanent, hours can be flexible, expectation is between 30-40hrs per week.
Salary: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per year (Full-time – 40hrs)
