We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Lead for our HQ Cork City office.
Technical Skills:
Deep Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & BC: Proven experience with all core CRM functionalities, including Lead-Opportunity Management, Job costing and financial project billing.
Strong Configuration & Customization Skills: Hands-on experience customising solutions, including workflow rules, business rules, forms, views, dashboards, and reports.
Data Migration & Integration: Experience with data migration projects and integration with other systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, email platforms).
Reporting & Analytics: Expertise in creating and analysing CRM reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
Microsoft Power Platform: Familiarity with Power Automate and Power Apps for automating business processes and building custom applications within the CRM & BC ecosystem.
Business Skills:
CRM Strategy & Roadmap: Ability to develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Process Improvement: Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify and implement process improvements using CRM & BC.
Data Quality & Management: Experience with data quality initiatives, including data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment.
Project Management: Proven project management ability, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across different departments.
Problem-solving & Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex solution issues.
User Adoption & Support: Strong commitment to providing excellent support to users across departments.
