HR Manager
Role Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on HR Manager to build and manage core people processes, ensuring a great employee experience while keeping the business running smoothly.
As HR Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day HR operations. You’ll focus on coaching managers, employee relations, performance management, and operational efficiencies, working closely with managers and employees to create a smooth and supportive workplace. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a strong operational HR foundation to support our people and the business.
This is perfect for someone who thrives on rolling up their sleeves, problem-solving, and creating HR processes that are scalable, efficient, and effective. Key Responsibilities
1. People Operations & HR Processes
o Own HR administration and ensure seamless execution of HR processes, from onboarding to offboarding.
o Manage HR systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
o Ensure accurate data management, including employee records, contracts, payroll changes, and benefits.
o Identify and implement process improvements to streamline HR operations as the company scales.
2. Employee Relations & People Management
o Act as the first point of contact for employee relations, handling queries and resolving issues effectively.
o Coach and support managers on performance management, feedback, and employee development.
o Ensure fair and consistent policy implementation across the business.
3. Performance & Engagement
o Support managers in setting clear expectations and driving accountability within teams.
o Work on employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive and inclusive culture.
o Implement and oversee performance management processes, supporting managers with performance reviews and feedback cycles.
What You’ll Bring
* 7 years of HR experience OR at least 3 years at HR Manager level
* Hands-on experience managing HR processes, systems, and operational efficiencies.
* Ability to coach and support managers, helping them lead teams effectively.
* Solid understanding of employment law and compliance.
* A proactive mindset—someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and drives efficiency.
* Experience in scaling HR processes to support a growing business.
* Experience in a professional services firm
* Familiarity with HR system Personio.
* Experience working alongside senior leaders to embed culture and values.
