Customer Service Specialist
This is a key role within our company, focusing on providing exceptional customer service and account management for our clients in the medical devices and pharmaceuticals industry.
Responsibilities:
* Manage relationships with existing customers as the primary point of contact.
* Process customer orders, verify delivery times, and ensure accurate information.
* Provide outstanding customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
* Handle pricing, sample requests, and order status updates for customers.
* Coordinate shipping dates with planning teams and inform customers of any changes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
* Proficiency in systems like SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
* Ability to visit headquarters in Mainland Europe every 6 weeks.
