Sales Administrator
We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team based in Tipperary.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent position with full training provided.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Answer busy telephones and provide daily customer service support.
* Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
* Liaise with drivers to ensure smooth delivery operations.
* Manage credit control and ensure timely payments.
* Handle lodgments and ensure accurate record-keeping.
* Maintain stock control, ensuring correct levels are managed.
* Ocasionally drive to other depots as needed.
Requirements:
* Candidate must have a customer-focused, polite, and friendly demeanor.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Experience in Sales Administration preferred but not essential.
* Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
* Availability to work Saturdays on a rotational basis.
