With the global demand for our life-changing oncology treatment increasing, one of our pharmaceutical clients is seeking a Medical Advisor to support multiple capital projects in Dublin.

Responsibilities:

* Represent the Medical Department as the medical expert, providing fair and unbiased medical and scientific assistance to healthcare professionals regarding our product portfolio and clinical development program.
">
* Develop and maintain professional relationships with the healthcare community, including scientific experts and academic centers, to improve patient outcomes in specific disease areas.
">
* Participate in the development of Medical Affairs Plans and implement tactics aligned with our therapeutic areas of interest.
">
* Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver specific projects, such as health technology appraisals, clinical trials, and guideline work.
">
* Facilitate data generation activities, including research project identification and collaboration with investigators.
">
* Maintain integrity and ethical governance within the organization, upholding non-promotional behavior at all times.
">

Requirements:
">
">
* Medical degree or pharmacy degree, with higher science degrees (e.g., MSc, PhD) acceptable with industry experience.
">
* Strong scientific background in medical or biological science.
">
* Medical Affairs industry experience required, with Oncology experience preferred.
">
* High level of knowledge of IPHA Code of Practice, preferably as a final signatory.
">
* Proven relationship building skills with scientific leaders.
">
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strategic planning, and organizational abilities.

* Ability to prioritize work effectively and demonstrate excellent cross-functional working.
