Head Chef - Munster
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in Co. Cork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage kitchen areas, personnel, and ensure high-quality menu preparation.
* Coordinate roster scheduling, labour costs, and staff productivity.
* Oversee staff performance, prioritise tasks, and maintain HACCP standards.
* Sustain efficient kitchens with minimal food and energy wastage.
Requirements:
* Ability to control service during peak periods.
* Prior experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
Estimated Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 per annum.
This is a full-time, permanent position available immediately.
