TTM Healthcare are currently working with one of Dublin’s Leading Private Hospitals in search of a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist specialising in Pelvic Health. They take pride in providing a wide and comprehensive range of physiotherapy treatments and facilities for all who walk through our doors. Their staff are highly qualified, Chartered Physiotherapists with a wealth of experience enabling them to take care of every kind of ailment.
They are now looking for a Clinical Specialist with a proven track record in Pelvic Health support on a Part time permanent basis.
Overview of Role:
* Aid in Co-ordination and delivery of an effective and efficient Pelvic Health Physiotherapy Service, based on assessment of needs.
* Develop and administer the highest quality of service by identifying and implementing operational procedures in line with best practice standards.
* Keep abreast with new developments, skills, and technology to ensure continuing competence in the job.
* Enhance your skills to initiate and respond to changes in the work environment.
* Participate in the management of the Physiotherapy Service in cooperation with the Allied Therapy Manager.
* Create and promote good working relationships through open communication.
* Lead by example a professional, dedicated, and punctual team.
* Encourage the professional development of team members through the promotion of self-learning, formal courses, and in-service training.
Key Requirements:
* Candidates must hold a degree in Physiotherapy and be CORU registered.
* Candidates must hold at least 5 years post-graduate experience in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy.
* Candidates must have a proven track record of clinical/academic achievement in their specialist field.
* A suitable postgraduate qualification in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy is desirable, not essential.
* Demonstrates an advanced level of knowledge and Clinical Reasoning skills within the areas of Urology, Gynaecology, and Outpatient Pelvic Health cohorts.
* Carries out clinical duties in the area in keeping with current evidence-based practice.
* Delivers a holistic patient-focused approach and embraces the MDT perspective.
