What does this role entail?
In this exciting and impactful role, you'll be immersed in a diverse range of programmes within our Privacy & Risk function — from Risk Management and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) to Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and ESG initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally, contribute to high-visibility projects, and help shape the way we manage risk and uphold our commitment to responsible, sustainable operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Privacy & Risk Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting the ongoing maintenance of our risk register and facilitating regular risk reviews in collaboration with key stakeholders.
2. Assisting in the documentation of risk mitigation strategies and evaluating the effectiveness of existing controls.
3. Tracking and monitoring remediation efforts for third-party/vendor risks, including coordinating re-assessments when necessary.
4. Coordinating updates and continuous improvements to our Business Continuity Planning (BCP) framework.
5. Assisting in the implementation and progress tracking of company-wide sustainability initiatives and ESG goals.
6. Gathering and organizing ESG-related data to support internal reporting, and responses to customer due diligence requests.
7. Supporting the review and maintenance of policies.
8. Pitching in on ad hoc projects and initiatives that support the broader Privacy & Risk function.
Requirements:
* A proactive, can-do mindset and a genuine interest in diving deeper into key areas such as Risk Management, Business Continuity, ESG, and Third-Party Risk.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills — especially when it comes to breaking down complex topics into clear, actionable insights.
* Sharp attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity.
* Confidence with productivity tools like Microsoft 365 (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred (nice to have):
* Internship or 1-2 years of experience in a compliance, risk, or security-related role—ideally within a SaaS or tech company.
* Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or SIG.
* Exposure to GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) platforms.
* Interest in ESG and sustainability reporting practices.
