Talent Acquisition Administrator
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator to provide administration support to our in-house Talent Acquisition team, supporting EMEA and US TA activities.
Responsibilities:
* Marketing and promotion of all positions across EMEA & US
* Organising and co-ordination of interviews
* Scheduling interviews across multiple time zones
* Organising flights and accommodation for candidates attending interviews and for some new hires
* Processing of expense requests for candidates attending interview
* Raising of e-req's for careers fairs, events, etc.
* Preparation of contracts of employment
* Scheduling of medicals for new hires
* Scheduling of new employee orientation
* Building relationships with hiring managers and wider HR team
* Complete reference checking for new hires
* Draft up letters for new hires
* Updating of all TA trackers
* Scheduling of psychometric testing for manufacturing candidates
* Coordination of Transition Year programme
* Other ad hoc administration duties as required
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Team player
* Extremely well organised
* Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
* Detail oriented
* Confident and skilled in using Microsoft Office applications
* At least 2 years experience working in a similar HR role in a fast paced environment
This is a 12-month contract. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm or 11am to 7:30pm depending on the successful candidate's availability. We offer a competitive salary for this position, estimated to be around €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
