Join a leading European infrastructure company as a Legal Executive!Job Overview: Our client, a prominent European infrastructure company, is seeking a Legal Executive to support their Legal Team. This role involves drafting, negotiating, and completing legal property documents, and providing legal and administrative support for various business programs.Location: MountainView, Leopardstown, Dublin 18 (Hybrid)Daily Rate: €275 per dayKey ResponsibilitiesAssist the Legal Team in drafting, negotiating, and completing legal property documents, including commercial lease and licence agreements.Provide legal and administrative support for various programmes, including Freehold purchases, Ground Lease buyouts, New Acquisitions, Freehold Regularisation, and Customer sub lease/licence programmes.Manage lease and freehold purchase registrations with the Property Registration Authority, complete stamp duty returns and maintain legal files.Follow internal systems, processes, policies, and procedures.Maintain individual site files and update Legal workflow trackers.Support legal research and prepare development and training workshops.Manage relations with other business units, particularly the Property Team, and handle various legal matters.Liaise with external law firms for specialist property or litigation legal advice.Carry out additional responsibilities as required by the Legal Team.Key RequirementsExperience as a Legal Executive in conveyancing/commercial property.Previous telecommunication industry experience is an advantage.Competency in handling all types of property-related legal documents (Deeds of Transfer, Leases, Licences, Wayleaves, Deeds of Variation, etc.).Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.Additional InformationStart Date: ASAPHow to Apply: If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeContractJob functionLegalIndustriesTelecommunications and Technology, Information and Media
