An exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Engineer to lead a Quality team within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role involves driving system and product quality improvements, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and managing key quality processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Lead the Quality team, maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS).
* Oversee the Returns department, ensuring efficient processes and timely resolution of investigations.
* Investigate customer complaints, using root cause analysis to address issues.
* Drive continuous improvements in product and process quality.
* Conduct inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
* Lead quality audits, ensuring compliance with ISO9001:2015, ISO17025, ISO14001, and ATEX certifications.
* Analyse quality data, report KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of quality measures.
Requirements:
* A degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field (Level 8 or equivalent).
* At least 3 years of experience in a senior quality role within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of quality control systems, statistical analysis, and ISO standards.
* Experience in leading notified body audits.
* Lean Six Sigma qualification and Lead Auditor certification (advantageous).
* Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
Working Hours:
* Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
* Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM
