Restaurant Manager
The successful Restaurant Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the tactical and strategic direction of The Stables Brasserie.
This individual will be responsible for creating an atmosphere and culture that inspires repeat business from guests and fosters a positive team environment.
The key objectives include:
* Implementing, promoting, and achieving the operational success of The Stables through continuous evaluation of services and products;
* Maintaining effective ongoing training of service teams to ensure exceptional standards;
* Developing SOPs, guidelines, and goals aligned with the vision;
* Coordinating and overseeing all aspects and functions of the Stables Brasserie.
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as an established manager/head of department in a food & beverage setting;
* Proven experience in leading a F&B team;
* 1-2 years' experience working in a busy 4*/5* hotel restaurant;
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Excel;
* Exceptional communication skills, with excellent presentation and hands-on attitude;
* Fluent spoken and written English, along with strong attention to detail, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills;
* Experience with arranging events and functions;
* Flexibility to work varied hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
The compensation package includes:
* A competitive salary of €40,000 – €45,000 per year, depending on experience;
