in 2019 HRLocker established its MTP. (Massive transformational purpose) " To make life and work easier for Employers and Employees, allow Employees to manage their own careers in Company.....and beyond". We enable organisations to digitise the mundane aspects of HR, managing and recruiting people (Including onboarding and Performance Management) so they can concentrate on the things that matter most, their people. We are now in expansion mode to extend our markets into the UK and beyond.
Our products simplify the HR process from recruiting all the way through the employee lifecycle. Our HQ is in Lahinch Co Clare Ireland but as a fully distributed remote-first Company. We have employees in Ireland, UK, Spain, Portugal and Vietnam
As a Microsoft ISV (Independent Software Vendor) our business is scaling rapidly, and we are continuing to build a dynamic sales division to support our rapid growth.
Our goal is to become an industry leader for SAAS based HR People management and recruitment software for knowledge workers in the UK and Ireland with plans for a US market entry in the pipeline. In the next 3 months, we will be recruiting
1. CFO (we want you to grow into this role, experience of raising investment)
2. Sales Team Lead (already advertised) you need to have SAAS Sales Experience and an understanding of the HR Domain (This role can for the right person become our Chief Revenue office in the next 3 years)
3. Microsoft Sales Channel leader (Experience of how B2B SAAS is bought through Microsoft and Microsoft CSPs)
4. HRIS Commercial Project Management ( good understanding of the HR Domain and SAAS Product development)
5. UI UX expertise (3 years experience, this role has a career path set in HRLocker)
6. Business Analysis/Project Management
7. LDR,SDR, and AE roles (experience in SAAS B2B)
8. Product support executives
