Our client is seeking a dynamic Internal Communications Specialist to energise and inspire their employees through engaging communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver internal communication plans aligned with the organisation's vision, values, and brand identity.
* Create impactful messaging for various channels, including company announcements, newsletters, leadership blogs, and internal events.
* Lead engagement initiatives such as town halls, onboarding programs, and live company-wide events.
* Collaborate with departments to ensure consistent messaging across all internal platforms.
* Drive employer branding by partnering with Marketing to craft content for platforms.
* Measure success by tracking and analysing the effectiveness of communication strategies and recommending improvements.
* Support leadership with speechwriting, briefing materials, and messaging for key events.
* Champion culture by aligning communications with the brand narrative and support CSR initiatives.
Ideal Requirements
* At least 6 years of experience in internal communications or employee engagement within the technology space.
* Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills to craft messages that resonate.
* A creative and energetic approach to fostering cultural and strategic alignment.
* Proven ability to take projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and values.
* Expertise in digital communication tools and techniques, with a passion for staying ahead of trends.
