Job Responsibilities:
6. Portfolio Administration: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, serving as the primary contact for client relationships and fulfilling various secretarial duties such as meeting coordination, agenda drafting, and minute-taking.
7. Statutory Compliance: Ensure statutory registers are maintained and up to date, while also coordinating statutory and regulatory filings to ensure client companies remain in compliance with legal obligations.
8. Corporate Governance Support: Act as a conduit for directors on matters of company law and corporate governance, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
9. Client Relationship Management: Assist senior team members with the administration of a wider portfolio of clients, including new business enquiries, due diligence, and board/shareholder meeting coordination, while serving as a secondary point of contact in their absence.
10. Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional development by actively seeking out training opportunities and mentoring junior team members to enhance overall performance and service delivery.
11. Team Leadership: Effectively manage junior team members, fostering a positive office culture, providing motivation and mentorship, and promoting effective delegation and leadership within the team.

To be considered for interview you must have :
16. A minimum of 3+ years company secretary experience
17. ICSA part-qualified or qualfied ideally
18. Some supervisory experience a benefit but not essential.
19. A minimum of 12 months funds co-sec experience - non negotiable.
20. You must be current residing in Ireland with a european work visa / passport.
