Glucksman Chair (Full Professor) in Contemporary Writing in English – Permanent
Minimum Requirements
* At least five years' experience of relevant undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in higher education.
* At least five years' experience of supervision at PhD level.
* Demonstrable success in recruitment of postgraduate students nationally and internationally.
* Evidence of an active research career -- projects, publications record, and an international reputation in relevant areas.
* Experience in the attraction of national/international funding for research projects.
* Experience leading an academic unit or research project.
Specific Requirements
* Mentoring of less experienced members of staff.
* Experience of teaching literature in collaboration with creative writers.
