As a Financial Reporting Assistant Manager, you will:
* Prepare and review financial statements under US GAAP, IFRS, and other standards.
* Manage the financial reporting process, working with auditors and investment managers.
* Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of work.
* Support senior management with financial reporting and regulatory projects.
* Research and resolve technical accounting issues.
* Build strong client relationships.
* Train and mentor junior team members.
* Review financial documents for accuracy.
* Delegate tasks effectively and communicate well with the team.
Qualifications:
* Hold an ACA/ACCA/CPA qualification.
* Have 3+ years of financial reporting/audit experience.
* Know US GAAP and IFRS standards well.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Work well in teams, mentor others, and prioritize tasks.
* Are proactive in professional development and client service.
