Senior HR Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to take on a senior leadership role within our engineering, construction, and facilities sector company. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function and driving business results.
The Job:
As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee a range of HR duties including employee engagement, recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, budget management, and change management.
Your Skills and Experience:
* 3rd level degree qualified in HR, business studies, or a related field.
* 4-5+ years' experience in a HR Manager or senior HR Generalist role.
* Experience gained in a manufacturing, engineering, or construction environment is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
* Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and project management skills.
The Offer:
A competitive salary package, up to approximately 75k - 85k per annum, with excellent scope for further growth and development.
This role is fully office-based.
