Role Overview
As an Account Manager with Yuno Energy, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling inbound and outbound service sales calls serving as the lead point of contact for all account management matters.
* Providing support to the Key Account Managers.
* Ensuring all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner.
* Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting client relationships.
* Assuming ownership of customer issues and ensuring prompt resolution.
* Coordinating and ensuring contract compliance & commitments are achieved from all inbound leads.
* Liaising with other departments and third parties in relation to customer issues.
* Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate strategies that meet client needs and align with company objectives.
* Ad hoc administration duties as required, embracing the pacey and dynamic nature of our commercial work environment.
Requirements:
* Proven sales experience in a sales-related industry with a track record of delivering targets or KPIs.
* Previous utilities experience particularly within the electricity or gas area would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
* Direct customer service experience in a sales-related environment demonstrating effective customer relationship management.
* Experience of assisting with tenders and quotations.
* Excellent phone manner with the ability to deal with customers in a calm, tactful and professional manner.
* Proven ability to work to strict targets to achieve individual and team objectives.
* A flexible approach to working.
* Experience of working with a Customer Relationship Management system beneficial.
* Excel skills and good working knowledge of MS Office in particular Excel Full clean driving license (ability to get to and from office as required).
