Your Role will Involve:
Resourcing and Scheduling- The Project Master Schedule must be maintained and kept up to date.- Weekly meeting must be facilitated to ensure communication on all current projects.- Collaborate with project engineers to develop and manage schedules.- Monitor project timelines and report on progress and delays.- Facilitate communication between teams to address scheduling conflicts or adjustments.
Training & Development- Assist technical staff in the development of technical training documents.- Maintain and update training schedules and records for technical personnel.- Facilitate meetings with team leaders and management to attain feedback on development status.
Quality Assurance
- Carrying out audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
