Renal Clinical Sales Specialist Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renal Clinical Sales Specialist to join our team on behalf of a leading healthcare company.
This is a field-based role covering a nationwide territory, working 35 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Educate and support customers in the correct use of renal products, ensuring continuing customer satisfaction and sales.
* Develop and nurture relationships with customers to optimize sales potential for the company.
* Liaise with physicians, technicians, nursing personnel, and educators in the Irish hospital environment as required.
* Commit to providing quality patient-focused service alongside other team members.
* Service assigned accounts and suggest/present new products, proactively developing new opportunities.
* Ability to screen, evaluate, and capitalize on business development opportunities.
* Prepare and deliver training and education programs to provide comprehensive offerings of renal products.
* Participate in tender completion, working with others to ensure timely delivery.
* Flexibility to travel to all customers throughout Ireland.
* Generate sales to achieve maximum profitability/margins in line with delineated targets.
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer and territory records through CRM and other report formats punctually.
* Maximize the use & sale of company products utilizing high standards of product knowledge and professional selling skills.
* Uphold the reputation of the Company at all times.
Requirements:
* Qualification to degree level in Nursing with Renal Nursing Experience.
* Proven track record within a Sales Role.
* Hospital, Community Care Sales Experience.
* Experience in Renal Therapies sales would be advantageous.
* Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills.
* Strong administrative, time management, and IT skills.
* Clean full driving license.
* Eligible to work in Ireland.
