Customer Account Coordinator

The company has recently expanded its business and built new luxury offices where you will be based.

Due to expansion, the company is recruiting for a Customer Account Coordinator on a permanent basis.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 8am-5pm, and Friday, 8am-2pm.
Total hours per week: 40.
Salary: up to £29k depending on experience.
Your New Role
As a Customer Account Coordinator, your duties will include:
* Receiving sales orders and liaising with the customer to clarify, agree, and confirm their order details.
* Arranging for customers' orders to be processed, maintaining accurate open order records, updating the planner, and acting upon these efficiently.
* Generating and maintaining accurate customer dispatch documentation.
* Maintaining open orders, ensuring records are accurate, and acting upon these efficiently.
* Creating and forwarding the weekly delivery schedule to customers in preparation for the coming week.
* Liaising with Production Supervisors to ensure they have the full production schedule information and communicating any priorities to them at daily Production Meetings.
* Monitoring lead times and agreeing these with the Production Manager for all customers.
* Keeping customers informed of any changes to the dispatch schedule/delivery times as early as possible.
* Arranging with the Costing Engineer for updated pricing on any Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and communicating these through to the customer for confirmed agreement.
* Working collaboratively with the customer to resolve queries and meet changed or urgent needs.
* Coordinating transport arrangements for delivery of customer orders.
* Recording and communicating any customer issues and forwarding complaints to the Quality Team.
* Keeping the Production Manager informed of schedule changes, stock shortages, customer queries, etc.
