This Role:
* Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software.
* Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability.
* Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
* Implement and maintain security measures to protect data and systems.
* Collaborate with IT team members to plan and execute system upgrades and migrations.
* Document system configurations, procedures, and changes.
* Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
Your Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with relevant experience.
* Proven experience as a Server and Systems Administrator or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of server operating systems.
* Experience with virtualization technologies.
* Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices.
* Proficiency in scripting languages.
