Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Lead training initiatives in the COE
2. Support the Learning & Development team in rolling out companywide training initiatives to the COE
3. Participate and lead Classroom based training
4. Provide input on onboarding (Reporting back to the Learning & Development team upon completion of monthly onboarding)
5. Deliver Systems based training
6. Direct employee to SOP’s in place
7. Provide feedback to employee and manager on initial training delivered
8. Manage initial performance in training programme
9. Identifying the gaps in training / individual
10. Establishing training goals with individuals
11. Introduce QA Standards and processes
12. Ability to Travel and deliver training regionally
13. Communicate with employees the expectations under the onboarding programme
14. Providing regular feedback and guidance to the employee throughout onboarding programme
15. Build strong relationships within Personal Lines Team Leads and Managers to drive performance and recommend further training of the enhancement of least performing personnel
About you:
1. Previous experience as an Insurance Account executive or similar
2. Previous Customer Service Experience
3. Broad Knowledge of all areas of Personal Lines insurance (ie MTA, Renewals, New Business)
4. Foundational Knowledge on relevant qualification (ie APA)
5. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word & Excel
6. Presentation Skills
7. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment
8. Strong communication skills are essential, both written and verbal
9. Attention to detail
10. Strong administrative skills
11. Documentation control in line with Arachas Procedures
12. Possess the ability to manage deadlines & prioritise workload
13. A good degree of personal organisation and a structured approach to time and resource management
14. Willingness to learn & develop
15. Problem solving abilities and solution oriented
16. Strong work ethic
Minimum Entry Requirements:
1. Leaving cert or equivalent level 5 FETAC
2. APA qualified (Personal Lines)
3. 3-5 years Personal Lines insurance experience
4. 3-5 years’ experience with relay system
