The Role: As an F&B Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our Food & Beverage team across Dilisk on the Docks Restaurant .
This is a hands-on, full-time position focused on evening shifts, where youll lead by example to ensure a high standard of service, guest satisfaction, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and bar during evening shifts.
Lead and motivate the F&B team to deliver excellent customer service.
Ensure smooth service flow while multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Train and mentor new team members, ensuring company standards are upheld.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years bar and waiting experience, preferably in a busy hospitality environment.
Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize duties in a fast-paced setting.
Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example.
Passion for customer service and delivering memorable guest experiences.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
