The Accommodation department at Ashford Castle is currently looking for Accommodation Linen Porter to provide quality service to our guests and to ensure responsibilities are carried out in line with the Forbes Five Star standards and The Red Carnation

and retained in 2024.Key responsibilities of the Accommodation Linen Porter are:To ensure that all
dirty linen/towel supplies are collected from the Rooms and stored ready for collection by Laundry
Services.To ensure that the
agreed stock levels for linen/towel needs are maintained in line with daily
business levels and that pantries are fully stocked each day in a timely manner.To assist with Accommodation
assistant role as requiredTo
restock water and all other supplies needed in each of the pantries ready
for service for the accommodation teamTo ensure that all
linen/towel supplies are counted and a record of items sent out and coming in
are kept.The ideal candidate for the Accommodation Linen Porter position should:Have a friendly and outgoing personalityBe enthusiastic and flexible Have strong communication skillsDemonstrate strong attention to detailBe legally eligible to work in IrelandHave the ability to handle busy situations and manage your workload effectivelyWhat's in it for you?
