Role Title: RGII Boiler Maintenance Technician
Department: Maintenance
Reports to: David Connolly
Purpose of Role:
We are currently looking for an RGII Boiler Maintenance Technician to join our large Maintenance Team which focuses primarily on mechanical services. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent technical skills and proven experience in all aspects of Gas Boilers, HVAC Units, and other gas-related plumbing services. This role is based in Dublin and surrounding areas.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Carrying out preventative maintenance on Commercial, Hospital, and Healthcare Sites.
2. Ensure that the work complies with site safety protocols and quality control standards.
3. Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required.
4. Build and maintain relationships with clients while promoting Tritech as an employer of choice.
5. Liaise with the service desk and respond to all non-technical and technical queries in a timely manner to ensure conformance with the relevant Service Level Agreement.
6. Maintain an internal 'Best Practice' regime and encourage continuous improvements.
7. Provide cover to sites for out-of-hours situations on a rotational basis.
8. Ability to work within set time scales.
Role Requirements:
1. Relevant trade qualification and/or third-level qualification essential.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role essential.
3. Strong Boiler fault finding is essential.
4. RGII Licence / Safepass.
5. OFTEC Certification an advantage but not necessary.
6. Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
7. Ability to work under pressure and within strict deadlines.
8. Good knowledge of HVAC plant and controls.
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
10. Full Driver's Licence required.
11. Plumbing & heating experience required.
