Retail Assistant Manager – Loughrea Service Station
We would like to invite applications for Retail & Forecourt Assistant Manager to join the team in our Loughrea Service Station - The Plaza Group.
The position on offer is full-time, permanent, and requires weekend work. Training will commence immediately.
Competitive rate of pay - Paid Weekly.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Assist the store manager and complete duties at the request of the store manager.
2. Ensure the unit runs efficiently and smoothly.
3. Ensure store standards are consistently improved in terms of housekeeping, merchandising, presentation, and service.
4. Continually communicate with the Store Manager and Retail Sales Team.
5. Assist manager in planning for market changes and demands as they arise.
6. Ensure in-store promotions are managed appropriately.
7. Ensure policies and procedures are implemented and managed within the store.
8. Manage cash handling in line with company cash handling procedures and take action on any discrepancies that arise.
9. Accountable for ensuring consistently high levels of customer service.
10. Ensure all customer complaints are dealt with in the appropriate manner.
11. Ensure effective stock control systems are in place.
The ideal candidate will possess many of the below attributes:

5. Excellent operational knowledge of the retail environment.
6. Excellent interpersonal relations.
