Job Summary
This role involves working as a Sales Executive for one of Ireland's largest brokerages in Dublin. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and have the necessary qualifications and experience in insurance sales.
About the Role
The responsibilities of this position include:
* Handling 20-30 inbound calls per day to provide customer service and resolve queries.
* Making outbound calls to leads from a designated mailbox to generate new business opportunities.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Be APA qualified or currently pursuing this qualification.
* Have 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in personal lines.
