What You'll Be Doing: Account Management - Manage and strengthen relationships with key hospitality clients, ensuring long-term partnerships. New Business Development - Identify, research, and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, social media, and industry events. Sales Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company goals. Market Analysis - Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and potential growth areas. Negotiation & Closing - Lead commercial negotiations and secure profitable business deals. Client Presentations - Prepare compelling proposals and deliver impactful presentations to prospective clients. Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to enhance client offerings. Industry Engagement - Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and expos. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience within the hospitality, interiors, bedding, or furniture sector is highly desirable. Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
