Job Purpose
This role involves working alongside the existing HR Manager to source top talent for various positions and aid the company's growth strategy.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with hiring managers to provide strategic support and advice on departmental recruitment needs.
* Source candidates and build talent pipelines via a multi-channel approach to hire the best candidate for each role, on time and in a cost-effective manner.
* Manage the recruitment process and life cycle, including sourcing, interviews, and offers.
* Develop and coordinate outreach relationships with schools and universities.
Requirements
* Relevant business-related degree or HR qualification.
* Minimum of 3+ years' experience in managing multiple recruitment campaigns.
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Demonstrable experience of ensuring best practice recruitment methods.
* Previous experience using online recruitment systems.
