Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Quality Compliance Analyst to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
The Senior Quality Compliance Analyst at AbbVie Ireland is responsible for ensuring quality assurance (QA) activities across commercial, clinical, and development operations.
This role supports the QA/QP Associate Director and Business Unit Leader, ensuring compliance with FDA, EU, and regional regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Quality Assurance leadership to deliver the company quality plan and meet global regulatory requirements. Manage quality system elements, including non-conformance management, change control programs, vendor audits, and inspections. Build and maintain strong relationships with management, colleagues, and external partners to articulate quality requirements clearly. Actively participate in compliance initiatives, driving continuous improvement and quality enhancements. Coordinate site quality processes, including preparing reports and metrics for senior management reviews. Represent the site during Ministry of Health inspections and manage post-inspection commitments. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Science or Engineering; advanced degrees preferred. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a quality discipline within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry. Demonstrated knowledge of quality standards and regulations. Experience in coordinating projects within internal and external teams. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
