Your new company is a global leading financial institution which specialises in providing asset management and asset servicing solutions. You will be joining their Limerick team, who work on a hybrid basis out of a modern office.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing multiple Transfer Agency clients and ensuring that they receive the agreed high level of service as defined by the team’s client service model. You will be the face of the organisation to external and internal partners, attending service calls and client meetings. You’ll prepare presentations for meetings and review and sign off on various reports, and will have responsibility for vetting all incident reports. You’ll be managing client issues, ensuring appropriate resolution and will be ensuring that all client interactions are dealt with professionally and promptly. You’ll also be a leadership figure to team members, and will provide guidance, training and coaching as required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to boast operational experience in a Transfer Agency role, ideally with leadership or management experience. You’ll have a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and will have a sound knowledge of Transfer Agency regulatory knowledge.
