Office Administrator – Beauty Industry
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in the beauty industry. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in an administrative role, with a strong ability to meet deadlines, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
* Organise & maintain files, records, and documentation for easy access.
* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
* Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
* Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
* Support data entry and database management tasks.
* Help improve office processes to increase efficiency.
* Provide assistance to various departments as needed.
Requirements:
* Minimum of three years' experience in office administration, preferably in the cosmetics, fashion, or retail industries.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
