Project Manager Job Description
As a Project Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects from initiation to delivery. Key responsibilities include:
* Develop and Maintain Project Plan: Create and update project plans that align with overall project goals and timelines.
* Define and Communicate Project Scope: Clearly outline project scope, objectives, and deliverables to the team.
* Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
* Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment by ensuring clear communication between teams, including MSP Team, Site Legacy Teams, and Validation Teams.
* Progress Updates: Regularly update and communicate progress and challenges to the team.
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager who can drive project success and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Ideal candidates will have experience in IT, validation, and MES, as well as Agile methodologies.
