Job Title: Partner Manager for DACH Region
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Partner Manager for the DACH region. In this role, you will be responsible for creating new relationships with small to medium and large-sized businesses in the region and showcasing the value of our unique digital marketing advertising solutions.
About the Job:
As a Partner Manager, you will identify, research, and contact potential new partner businesses that can benefit from our unique business proposition. You will work closely with existing clients to understand their strategic and tactical goals and co-create tailored marketing plans to achieve them.
Your Responsibilities:
* Identify and research potential new partner businesses that can benefit from our unique business proposition.
* Deliver personalized product pitches to these businesses.
* Work with existing clients to understand their goals and co-create tailored marketing plans.
* Gain an in-depth understanding of partners' business goals and offer educated insights to help them succeed.
* Build and maintain a book of business by developing long-term relationships with clients.
* Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to share knowledge and expertise.
* Achieve set KPIs and quarterly sales targets.
Your Profile:
* Fluency in German and English languages (written, spoken, and read).
* Previous experience in a sales role, particularly in creating relationships with businesses and helping them achieve their goals.
* Understanding of digital marketing terms and metrics, such as CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
* Demonstrated ability to work towards sales targets.
* Desire to help businesses succeed.
