Impulse Sales Merchandiser in the Drinks Industry Territory: Tipperary and Laois
This role may be suitable for a sales professional looking to work with one of the world's largest drinks companies. The position involves creating and developing relationships with stores to grow sales through direct selling, business development, data analysis, and merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
* Indirect selling and merchandising in the convenience channel
* Generating additional space for brand and client products by increasing core range distribution
* Presenting and detailing the benefits of stocking client products to retailers
* Merchandising all client SKUs, replenishing stock on shelf, and building display units and feature displays
* Completing full journey plans on a weekly basis
* Placing FSUs and Point of Sale to drive incremental sales
* Meeting set targets for POS placement
Requirements:
* Sales and merchandising experience in the FMCG sector (preferable)
* A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales and merchandising KPIs
* Excellent verbal communication and personal organizational skills
* The ability to overcome objections and strong business acumen
* An understanding of merchandising, category planning, and planograms
* A full clean driving license
Package:
* Salary: €28,122 - €29,833 per annum
* Bonus: €2,000 per annum based on KPIs
* Lunch allowance: €10 per day
