You will report to and take direction from the Financial Controller.
Your main areas of responsibility will include, but are not confined to:
Management of the Accounts Receivable function to include posting invoices & credits, recording & entering cash/cheque/credit card transactions and managing the prompt payment of debtor invoices.
Credit Control follow up with customers and responding to customer enquiries.
Assisting to generate consolidated financial information, preparing reports and statements.
Overseeing the preparation of the weekly cash lodgements.
Managing the weekly and monthly bank and cash reconciliations.
Monitor Internal Controls, Process and KPIs.
Prepare & post general ledger journals.
Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts and the annual year end accounts & audit process.
Liaise with other departments as necessary to ensure accuracy of relevant information.
Maintain regular, consistent and professional attendance, punctuality and personal appearance.
Any other ad hoc duties relevant to your skills/qualifications that may be assigned to you by your manager.
