Promote Compliance with Health & Safety Regulations
Responsible for managing throughput, labour efficiency and quality metrics.
Main Responsibilities:
* Review and Implementation of Lean Principles: Aligns with continuous improvement objectives to optimize performance.
* Employee Relations and Team Development: Focuses on positive employee relations and team versatility.
* Training and Performance Management: Ensures scheduled Skill and Procedure training is carried out on time, evaluates effectiveness and maintains records.
* Warehouse Operations: Reviews and reports warehouse issues daily, ensuring timely cycle counts and addressing potential stockout issues.
* Logistics and Administration: Coordinates logistical requirements, including collection schedules, post-pack audits and inspections, and record-keeping.
