Job Title: Finance Assistant
A leading private equity company is expanding its team and hiring for a finance assistant to support their day-to-day financial operations in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Payroll Support: Assist with processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
* Financial Reporting: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including chasing debtors and ensuring timely payments.
* Enter day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts as needed.
* Support the head office team in administrative tasks and maintaining records.
Required Skills/Experience:
* Proven experience in payroll processing and financial administration.
* Strong understanding of financial management tasks, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and budgeting.
* Proficiency in Excel and other financial software/tools.
* Ability to reconcile payments and manage financial records with accuracy.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
