The Role
We are searching for dynamic, proactive, high-energy graduates to join our growing team. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to play a key role as we scale our business by working as a Business Analyst with various functions within Financefair through hand-on experience, while developing the employee’s essential skills.
The positions are based at the company’s head office in Belfield Office Park, Clonskeagh, Dublin with 4 days (Mon to Thu) in the office and Friday remote
Key Responsibilities
Trading & Operations
Execute the operational workflows, including customer onboarding, deal verification & transaction management, payments & reconciliations.
Gain experience in handling customer queries, managing service levels, and improving customer satisfaction.
Participate in projects aimed at streamlining operations and reducing costs.
Business Development – Sales & Marketing
Develop a strong understanding of Financefair’s market positioning and value proposition, to be meeting ready for customers.
Support the design and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
Assist the conversion team with lead generation, and sales pipeline management.
Analyse leads and recommend progression to sales qualified lead (SQL) stage.
Finance & Funding
Analyse financial statements, assess financial health, and create financial forecasts.
Understand the different funding sources available, and prepare materials for existing and potential funders.
Assess the creditworthiness of customers looking for funding, including financial statement analysis and credit scoring models in line with the Financefair Credit Policies.
Support the ongoing production, enhancement and delivery of Management Information to the business.
The ideal candidate
3rd level degree in business or finance or similar. Previous experience in a Finance environment a distinct advantage; MI and data analysis experience advantageous but not essential - Prior experience of Amazon QuickSight an advantage.
Strong time management skills and have an ability to be flexible, prioritise their work, work to deadlines and ensure queries resolved in a timely manner
Highly numeric with a razor-sharp attention to detail is critical.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentational skills with an ability to handle queries in a professional and timely manner.
Show a high level of commitment, professional work ethic and is ambitious.
Self-motivated and able to use own initiative.
An ability to question and improve processes and use software where necessary to do things more efficiently.
